1. What details are required for a quotation
We need to know the size and weight of your maximum sample and test conditions to choose the right equipment to complete all your test conditions.
2. What`s your guarantee or the warranty of the quality if we buy your machines?
We offer you high quality machines with 1 year guarantee and supply life-long technical support for free.
3. Do you provide customized service?
We are able to develop the machines according your requirements, at the same time we will offer you professional advice based on our 20+ years test machine industrial experience.
4. How about the Packaging details?
Standard export packing to ensure that the product packaging integrity and safety. ( All test machines adopt export plywood case packing with waterproof film.)
5. How to test machine before delivery?
We will connect all machines in line make them running over 8 hours non-stop , then take and send testing videos. Or we could live video inspection.
6. What`s your delivery term?
We provide EXW,FOB,CFR,CIF … etc delivery terms.
7. How about the spare parts?
We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together with the machines when delivery. During the warranty time, we will supply the spare parts with our cost price including delivery fees.
8. When can I get my machine after I paid?
Normally production time is around 30-60days , it depends on your ordered machines and quantity . The shipping time is based on your destination port.(Usually we use Shenzhen port , Guangzhou Port as loading port )
9. Do you have reference project?
We have reference project in most countries. After getting the permission of the customer who has brought the machines from us ,we will send you their contact information and arrange your visiting to their factory. And you are always welcome to come to visit our factories, and inspect the machine running in our factory .We will be glad offer necessary supports on hotel booking, transportation, VISA application. OR you can get video of our reference running machine on our website too.
10. When can I get installation from you? how much the cost?
When you finish the preparation conditions(water resource,electricity,air supply,production materials) according to our designed layout , please contact with our sales manager, we will dispatch engineer to you.
- Inspect and improve connection jobs together with your team .
- Guide your staff to operate machines , and explain how to operate and maintain machines .
- Collected your your comments on our machines , we will send feedback to our technical team to improve our machines continuously.
The customer should be responsible for the room, meals and board and the two-way air tickets and visa and fee as well the allowance 100~200 USD per day for each person. And should be also responsible for the engineer’s personal safety.
Note: Normally when your preparation is done,you can contact with our sales people and cooperate us to get the visa for the engineer and our engineer will be there within 15 days more or less.
11. We are a laboratory, so there are many sample specifications that need to be tested. Can you provide us with your largest model for a quotation?
There are many models of our equipment, and the price range of equipment is also very large. It is recommended that you provide your largest sample size and weight for selection
12. Can your vibration test system do random vibration testing?
Our vibration test system supports sine vibration, random vibration, shock test, sine on sine, sine on random, random on random, RSTD, etc. Customers need to provide their own functional requirements in the inquiry so that we can provide you with the appropriate controller and supporting functions
13. We want to test our products according to ISTA test standards. Can your equipment meet our test requirements?
Yes, our equipment can meet your test requirements. Which test criteria do you need to meet? ISTA 1A standard, ISTA 3A standard, or ISTA 6 amazon test standard? The requirements of each test standard are different. Please provide specific test conditions so that we can provide you with the most suitable equipment
14. Does your quotation include a controller? What I need is the price of the complete set of equipment
Yes, the quotation we provide includes a complete set of equipment. Please tell us in advance if you have other special requirements
15. What type of equipment do you have available in relation to batteries?
We can provide vibration testing machine, shock test machine, drop testing machine, constant temperature and humidity testing chamber that are used for R&D, aging, inspection and evaluation.
16. Can you provide a factory inspection report or a third-party inspection report?
All our equipment will provide a factory inspection report, we can also provide a third-party inspection report, but we hope that you inform us before purchasing the equipment so that we have enough time to arrange.
17. Do I need to make a special foundation for the equipment? What are the general foundation requirements?
Many of our equipment has been upgraded and designed so that no foundation is needed. If some equipment needs foundation, we will provide the drawings of the foundation and all the detailed requirements and operation methods.
