Training & Installation

We will be responsible for providing technical training to the buyer. Training content includes equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation, etc. The training can be contacted and adjusted according to buyer`s real operation environment . The company will assign qualified technicians to offer training services and develop corresponding training programs; Through the training, the buyer’s technical personnel should be able to master the relevant operation and maintenance skills, skillfully adjust the process, and deal with various faults in a timely manner.

Spare Parts & Accessories

Components and spare parts: most of the standard electrical and mechanical components for your test equipment are available in stock in order to serve you quickly.

Fast shipping: the shipment of spare parts available from stock is generally made within 48 hours of ordering. Spare parts not available in stock are supplied as soon as possible.

User Helpdesk

Our maintenance offer goes from repairing a single product to managing your entire process. We provide field and Linko-based repairs. Routine visits, technical support, and technical training are standard offers. Hotline and e-mail assistance: we offer assistance via a dedicated phone line, or by E-mail.  Our most recent systems can be diagnosed, and often fixed, remotely. Fast on-site assistance: when requested, comprehensive on-site mechanical, electrical & software assistance can be carried out by service engineers with our overseas partners.

Warranty

Our test equipment has a 12-month warranty. After the free warranty period, we continue to provide long-term preferential technical services for the product we sold, including technical support, product upgrade, quick response to failures, and technical consultation for related personnel. An extended warranty period can be provided according to customer needs

Linko focuses on developing the most cost-effective test equipment, and we look forward to growing together with our customers. That’s why we offer a wide range of solutions from pre-sales to after-sales. Everything you care about is our responsibility.

We can provide overseas installation and operation training services for end-users, and your machine will be guaranteed for 12 months. If you have the possibility to visit our factory to see and operate the machine yourself, you will be warmly welcomed.

In addition, we also provide OEM services for our partners, such as printing the dealer’s logo on the machine, etc. If you have a well-established team of engineers, we can provide customized services for your business.

After you receive the machine, our after-sales engineers will set up a working group. If there is any problem, our engineers will give timely guidance to help customers use the equipment smoothly and put it into production.
